Parth Kohli

Founder and director of Coastal Heights Surveyors & Estates, is a  Member of RICS and a Registered Valuer, with Being a Project Management Professional (PMP) along with the full member of MRPSA( Residential Property Surveyor Association) . His career began as a trainee surveyor at the age of 16 at a family-run estate agency in London, where he developed his knowledge over 7 years , progressing to senior surveyor / Valuer.

Parth have worked on many big residential and commercial projects , in project management.

Parth then joined a surveying practice, gaining experience in RICS home surveys, valuations, and lease extensions. He earned a Masters and Bsc (Hons) in Building Surveying and Valuation Infrastructure leading to his RICS qualifications, followed by a Master’s degree. Drawing on his experience and expertise, Parth established his own firm, Coastal Heights Surveyors

Parth’s aim is to continue helping as many people as possible through their home purchasing process and project completions.
